Returns

At Stance+ we understand that sometimes things go wrong or customers simply change their mind therefore we always try to make returning an item as simple and straighforward as possible. If you have received a damaged/incorrect item or have simply changed your mind, please contact our team before returning the item. If your item is faulty please contact us first before returning your item. Most faulty items will undergo a warranty inspection in which case it may be necessary to send the item away to the manufacturer to confirm the fault. Once we have investigated the fault we will inform you how we need to proceed.

  1. Call us on 01254 820006 to with your order number and date of purchase and we will authorise your return.
  2. Place a copy of your invoice in the box with the product before you seal and return it.

We advise the use of a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held liable for any losses incurred on the return journey to Stance+. Please be aware that you will be liable for the cost of returning your item to us except in cases where the goods are faulty or have been supplied incorrectly. Please keep your postage receipt and we will refund return postage costs up to £15 GBP once the manufacturing fault has been confirmed.

Returns Terms & Conditions

  • Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. Stance+ is entitled to deduct from a refund any diminution of value as a result of the product not being in the above condition. This is in line with your statutory rights.
  • We will refund you to your original payment method.
  • We make no charge for returns, there is no restocking fee.
  • Customised items cannot be returned.*
  • Customers have 14 days from date of delivery to return their orders. This excludes faulty/damaged items that have a warranty period greater than 365 days.

* We will not be able to accept any returns on products that have been personalised. This excludes faulty items which can be returned in line with our standard faulty item return policy.
